Dr. Noor Idlibi is a seasoned business executive, consultant, author, and entrepreneur based in Qatar. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Management.

Dr. Idlibi brings extensive leadership experience from managing major companies in both the United States and Qatar. He currently serves as the Assistant CEO (ACEO) of Elegancia Services Cluster, part of Estithmar Holding Group. The cluster oversees operations in facilities management, catering, manpower and resource supply, building materials, and security services.

In addition, Dr. Noor Idlibi is the General Manager of Premiere Events, one of Qatar’s leading event management companies. The firm is known for delivering full-spectrum event services, including concerts, exhibitions, live shows, entertainment production, and technical support in sound and lighting.

He is the author of Management for Entrepreneurs, a practical guide to mastering the four pillars of management—planning, organizing, directing, and controlling—designed to help readers turn ideas and ambitions into tangible results.
